Job Description

Join our Omics team as a Consultant and help shape the future of genomic and proteomic analysis. Our work addresses real-world challenges in precision medicine, synthetic biology, advanced therapy manufacturing, agricultural biotechnology, and more - projects that are scientifically ambitious, commercially valuable, and socially impactful.

You’ll contribute to the design and development of next-generation tools - from novel assays and consumables to integrated benchtop instruments.

You’ll be involved throughout the innovation lifecycle: shaping project proposals, leading and contributing to technical workstreams, and engaging directly with clients. Each project offers the chance to dive into new scientific domains, develop project leadership and client relationship skills, and deliver transformative technology to market. You’ll also build a strong industry presence across the life science instrumentation landscape.

Qualifications

We’re seeking an exceptional scientist who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment and has a passion for developing new tools for biology and diagnostics.

You will have:

  • A PhD or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g. physics, biophysics, chemistry or bioengineering)
  • Industry or post-doctoral experience in developing novel life sciences instrumentation preferred (e.g. in the fields of bio-analytics, molecular computing, sequencing technologies, spatial genomics, proteomics)
