Job Description
Conduct detailed material take-off (MTO), quantity calculation and cost estimation for FPSO topside, hull, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation scopes during FEED and detailed engineering phases.
Prepare and validate project cost budgets, tender cost breakdowns, BOQ (Bill of Quantity) documents and commercial proposals to support project bidding and contract awarding.
Monitor project construction progress on a monthly basis, measure completed work quantities, prepare progress payment applications, and ensure accurate and timely progress billing to clients and subcontractors.
Review subcontractor commercial documents, including subcontract BOQ, unit rates, payment claims and final settlement reports, conduct technical and commercial verification.
Support project final settlement, conduct final quantity reconciliation, prepare final account reports and complete project commercial closure.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Offshore Engineering, Civil Engineering, Cost Engineering or other related engineering majors.
1+ year working experience in offshore oil & gas EPC, marine engineering or offshore construction projects, familiar with EPC project operation and management procedures.
Proficient in offshore engineering BOQ measurement standards, subcontract management, project cost control and settlement processes.
Skilled in Excel data processing, quantity calculation and cost analysis; capable of reading and writing English project commercial documents independently.
Possess strong sense of responsibility, rigorous work attitude, and excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving capabilities for multi-party project collaboration.
