Job Description
- Draft and review Chinese & English procurement contracts for domestic and overseas offshore engineering projects, participate in commercial negotiations, and administer the full lifecycle of contract performance.
- Optimize standardized procurement contract templates, sort out the procurement contract management system, administer contract amendments and ledgers, and coordinate with project and finance teams to ensure smooth contract implementation.
- Undertake other ad-hoc assignments arranged by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above with a minimum of 3 years of relevant contract management experience; familiarity with the procurement process of offshore engineering equipment is preferred.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, capable of fluent verbal communication and written correspondence in English.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law; candidates with a practicing lawyer certificate are preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement commercial clauses, international trade rules and risk control for foreign-related contracts is preferred.
- Strong coordination and communication skills with clear logical thinking, a strong sense of responsibility and sound professional ethics.
