Job Description
TED is seeking a detail-oriented and curious Partnerships Intern to support the digital extensions of our custom events as well as our flagship events. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to TED’s most anticipated experiences while gaining hands-on experience with TED’s integrated marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
You’ll work closely with the marketing team to help manage campaign workflows, organize content and reporting, and support outreach efforts that resonate with the right kind of bold thinkers we welcome at TED.
Responsibilities:
Admin + Airtable operations: Provide day-to-day admin support and maintain existing Airtable records (fields/records/views, pipelines/statuses/assets; scheduling, documentation, etc.)
Registration, invites, and event operations: Support the team’s conference registration efforts; build partner-event invite lists; support planning for on-site activations (dinners, spotlight convos, workshops); compile post-conference stats using meaningful data visualization; support recap and debrief processes
Digital/social, web publishing, and audio: Support digital/social scheduling, trafficking, publishing, and performance tracking; Produce digital graphics as needed; Refresh TED Institute/Salon watch pages; upload content to TED.com, ensuring accurate metadata; and coordinate audio workflows as needed
Campaign coordination: Support campaigns for custom events as well as flagship events (TED2026 in April); Support weekly reporting on campaign performance and registration numbers
Ad hoc projects: Pitch in on cross-functional efforts as needed

A can‑do, upbeat team player who communicates clearly, collaborates generously, and energizes those around them with strong communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple projects
Eager to learn more about brand storytelling, partnerships/marketing strategy and event promotion
Comfortable working in collaborative, fast-moving environments
Qualifications
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Airtable or comparable record-keeping/project management softwares (e.g., Asana, Notion, monday.com) and experience integrating AI-driven project management tools to streamline workflows and reporting needs
Proficient in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Canva
Experience with campaign reporting or performance tracking is a bonus

Flexible schedule for students
Compensation available $19.00 per hour
Application deadline: February 28, 2026
Time commitment: 20-30 hours/week. Must be able to commit to March 15 - August 1, 2026 (with the possibility to renew after August 1)
Location: Remote (east coast hours), preference given to New York Metropolitan area
