What You'll Be Working On:

As a Junior Analyst, you will participate in the planning and execution of various Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions, as well as the collection and analysis of financial information. You will work closely with the team to deliver high-quality analytical and advisory services to the company's clients.

• Reviewing and analyzing financial statements.
• Assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial models for M&A projects.
• Participating in industry research, market trend analysis, and competitor analysis.
• Preparing investment presentations and client-facing materials.
• Supporting the team in business valuation and due diligence processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• At least 1 year of experience in the financial, consulting, or banking sector.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and highly responsible.
