M&A and Corporate Advisory department is established since 2022, during this period we’ve completed 10 M&A transactions with over 400 mln USD transaction value. We’ve completed transactions in 4 countries: Georgia, Uzbekistan, Ukraine and Azerbaijan.
What You'll Be Working On:
As a Junior Analyst, you will participate in the planning and execution of various Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions, as well as the collection and analysis of financial information. You will work closely with the team to deliver high-quality analytical and advisory services to the company's clients.
Job Description
- Reviewing and analyzing financial statements.
- Assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial models for M&A projects.
- Participating in industry research, market trend analysis, and competitor analysis.
- Preparing investment presentations and client-facing materials.
- Supporting the team in business valuation and due diligence processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- At least 1 year of experience in the financial, consulting, or banking sector.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and highly responsible.
