Job Description

About the Role 

We are looking for a detail oriented and proactive Asset Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of assets, optimizing performance and ensuring operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with senior management, Internal Teams, External Partners to maximize asset value and minimize risks. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of assigned assets to ensure they meet financial and operational targets. 

  • Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and recommendations for asset optimization. 

  • Oversee maintenance, compliance, and operational processes related to the asset portfolio. 

  • Support the changes and new implementation of asset management strategies. 

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient workflows. 

  • Manage documentation, KPIs, budgets, and risk assessments. 

  • Participate in negotiations with contractors, service providers, and partners. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields. 

  • 3+ years of experience in asset management, portfolio management, or a similar role. 

  • Proficient in Excel and/or asset management software. 

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problemsolving skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
