TBC WM Team is looking for Associated Vice President. 

The Associate Vice President in the Non-Resident Clients Service Unit ensures process coordination and the continuous development of business activities. The role requires strong managerial and analytical skills, a strategic vision for the team, and a development-oriented approach.

Responsibilities include managing the team’s portfolio, driving results, conducting market analysis, and actively participating in client acquisition processes. The position carries managerial responsibility over team members, their individual and collective goals, as well as the team’s client relationships.

    Job Description

    • Client Profiling and Product Offering:
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs and prepare tailored products and solutions for further team offerings to enhance client loyalty.
    • Personally engage in client negotiations, when necessary, to assess and align on client requirements.
    • Portfolio Management:
    • Manage the existing deposit base and work on attracting new funds.
    • Participate in regular portfolio review meetings, monitor client accounts, and resolve challenges.

     

    • Market Research and Client Acquisition:
    • Request and analyze reports to identify and attract potential clients.
    • Investment Product Distribution:
    • Oversee the allocation of investment products across subordinate teams.
    • Business Development:
    • Identify client needs and new business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and processes.
    • Detect and resolve service-related issues in a timely manner.

    Compliance and Risk Management:

     

    • Manage compliance, AML, operational risks, and financial aspects, including best-price agreements.
    • Ensure the team’s activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and operational risk standards.
    • Share relevant updates with team members.
    • Management and Coordination:
    • Continuously support the professional development of team members.
    • Initiate training sessions when needed (AML, brokerage, and other key topics).
    • Manage the effective integration and onboarding of new bankers.
    • Monitor progress and deadlines of team assignments.
    • Oversee and coordinate each team member to ensure the achievement of their KPIs.
    • Minimize direct client interactions within the managerial function while assuming responsibility for all team clients.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in Wealth Management/Banking.

     

    • Knowledge of banking and investment products, portfolio management, and global financial markets.
    • Familiarity with banking operational software.
    • Proficiency in Russian and English, both verbal and written.

     

    • Strong managerial and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Results-driven with a high-performance mindset.
    • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • High standards of ethics and confidentiality.
