Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 

  1. Day to day planning of the routine Preventive, Predictive and breakdown maintenance activity in the plant.
  2. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and workplace safety measures.
  3. Prepare, Execute and approve the relevant Gxp Documents.
  4.  Supervising maintenance activities for mechanical systems, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance.
  5. Leading mechanical engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  6. Managing a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, and ensuring efficient workflow.
  7. Ensuring adherence to industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
  8. Support area manufacturing and new product/process transfer activity.
  9. Implementing systems improvement programs and changes.
  10. Considered technician/ Engineer name while opening the preventive maintenance service calls in maintenance module.
  11. Overseeing budgets, procurement of mechanical components, and resource allocation.
  12. Approving & updating the service calls (Preventive maintenance & Breakage calls) in system.
  13. Report unsafe acts, conditions, near misses, and events.
  14. Participate in Safety Promotion activities, mock drills and Safety Trainings.
  15. Follow safety procedures, protocols and adhere to the PPE requirement.
  16. Ensure that local and global EHS KPIs are met without any delay.
  17. Ensure the availability of ERT trained members and first aid members in each shift.
  18. Participate in Risk Assessment and implement the recommendations.

Qualifications

Experience Required: 10-12 Years in Pharma API industry

Qualification: B. Tech Mechanical
