Job Title: Material Handler (Warehouse – Pharma-API / Any Chemical Industry)

We are looking for a Material Handler to manage material handling, documentation, storage, and warehouse coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

📦 Material Handling & Documentation

• Receive, check, and unload raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and R&D consignments
• Verify quantities and prepare GRR (Goods Receipt Report)
• Label materials (Quarantine, Released, Rejected, Sampled)
• Maintain daily receipt and pending vehicle reports

🗂️ Storage & Segregation

• Store materials in designated quarantine areas
• Arrange materials for inspection and clearance
• Segregate and store rejected materials separately

📚 Compliance & Record-Keeping

• Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety guidelines
• Maintain records for controlled substances (Methanol, Absolute Alcohol, Acetic Anhydride)
• Share GRRs, invoices, and documents with Accounts/Excise teams

🔄 Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with Supply Chain & Logistics for rejected materials and returns
• Support loading/unloading of scrap and spent solvents
• Act as backup for warehouse operations when required

The ideal candidate will have: 

• Education & Experience Required: Bsc-Chemistry / Any Bachelor's Degree with 3-4 Years of Experience
