Job Description
At TAL, this role helps shape the successful delivery of change across our Claims business, ensuring our people are supported to adopt new ways of working that improve outcomes for customers. Working at the intersection of business, technology and transformation, the role helps turn strategic initiatives into meaningful, lasting improvements. By building readiness, supporting change adoption and strengthening how change is delivered across Claims, this role contributes to TAL’s purpose of protecting Australians and giving them confidence that support will be there when they need it most.
In this role you will:
- Analyse change initiatives to identify impacts, risks and stakeholder needs.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to support successful change delivery and adoption.
- Coordinate change readiness activities that prepare teams for new ways of working.
- Develop clear communications and support materials that enable understanding and engagement.
- Support leaders with insights and tools that drive effective, people-led change.
- Monitor business readiness and change impacts to strengthen implementation outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bring experience in project, program or change delivery, ideally within insurance or financial services.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and collaborate effectively to achieve shared outcomes.
- Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges and identify practical solutions.
- Communicate clearly and confidently, using active listening and influencing skills to support change.
- Manage competing priorities effectively while maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate adaptability, resilience and a positive team mindset when working through change and ambiguity.
