Job Description

As Head of Health Proposition, you’ll shape the future of our health and wellbeing offering, creating innovative programs and partnerships that help people live healthier lives. Working at the intersection of customer insight, health strategy and commercial innovation, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our purpose to life, delivering meaningful outcomes for customers, partners and the communities we serve.

In this role you will:

  • Lead TAL’s health proposition strategy to deliver better outcomes for customers, partners and the business.
  • Shape innovative health and wellbeing solutions informed by customer insights, market trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Build strategic partnerships that expand access to high-quality physical, mental and financial health support.
  • Influence enterprise-wide stakeholders to embed health initiatives across TAL’s customer offering.
  • Drive measurable value through data-led evaluation, investment oversight and continuous improvement.
  • Champion TAL’s presence as a thought leader in health, wellbeing and insurance innovation.

Qualifications

  • Experience developing and delivering health strategies, programs or propositions within healthcare, insurance or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian health landscape, including emerging trends in prevention, wellbeing and digital health.
  • Ability to turn customer, market and industry insights into commercially viable solutions that create measurable value.
  • Proven success building and managing strategic partnerships, with the confidence to influence and negotiate with a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and bringing people together to achieve shared outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset, using data and evidence to guide decisions and demonstrate impact.
