Developer role description

- Take ownership of the architecture, design, development, deployment and operations of the microservices you will develop, using DevOps practices and other cutting edge methodologies.

- Be active, solution-oriented member of autonomous, agile team collaborating with Product Owners, across teams and opensource community.

- Developing basic understanding of 5G core and related telco standards and architecture, and act as ambassador for software solutions offering support and mentorship to colleagues and partners.

- Work with state-of-the-art technologies like Kubernetes, Istio, etcd, Kafka and more

- Interacting with product managers, customers and partners to drive different streams of feature development.

What You’ll Bring

- Back-end experience within Microservice architecture using Go programing language.

- Experience working with Docker and container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes.

- Experience in CI/CD methods and practices and Infrastructure as code eg. terraform.

- Practical experience of TDD, BDD, DDD and distributed architectural patterns.

- Background working with event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar tools.

- Experienced in end-to-end development processes, including unit, integration & functional testing, application optimisation.
