Job Description
- Manage HR requests and transactions through the organization's ticketing tool, ensuring timely tracking, resolution, and closure of cases in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Promptly and conclusively handle HR orders and requests in accordance with established standard processes and policies.
- Clarify customer inquiries within the assigned subject area by utilizing HR systems, knowledge bases, and process documentation.
- Communicate effectively with internal customers, providing accurate information and professional support.
- Prepare, maintain, and process standard correspondence, contracts, and other HR documents in compliance with system and organizational requirements.
- Maintain HR master data and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and quality in HR systems.
- Prepare and issue employee certificates, letters, and other standard HR documentation.
- Handle standardized internal and external correspondence, including communication with health insurers, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor, verify, and update employee-related data while tracking schedules, deadlines, and process milestones to ensure compliance and timely completion.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
