Job Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Handle complex business transactions and resolve intricate issues in collaboration with other functional units and customers/suppliers as required
  • Manage process disruptions, including investigation, clarification, and cross-unit follow-up
  • Review, assign, and post business transactions; maintain master data and manage open items
  • Oversee payment transactions and accounts receivable management, including instalment payment arrangements
  • Contribute to financial statement preparation and provide supporting documentation
  • Act as a subject matter expert and knowledge multiplier for your assigned functional area
  • Support internal process optimisation initiatives and participate in relevant projects
  • Maintain general correspondence and provide data/information to stakeholders as needed

Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Vocational training or equivalent professional experience in finance/accounting
  • Expert knowledge of financial and accounting principles
  • Advanced knowledge of debt recovery and collection processes
  • Proficiency in SAP FI and MM modules with strong accounting process knowledge
  • Fluent English and German (written and spoken)
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills
