Job Description
Experience: 10 + Years
**Technical Project Manager – ServiceNow**
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex telecom IT projects, managing scope, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Establish project schedules, effort estimates, and work breakdown structures (WBS)
- Manage risks proactively, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with telecom standards and regulations
- Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews and lessons learned
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively liaise with global clients and manage multicultural teams
- Apply Agile and SAFe delivery methodologies, including scrum practices and relevant metrics tracking
- Lead ServiceNow development and implementation initiatives with hands-on technical expertise
**Required Qualifications:**
- 10+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager
- Proven expertise in managing medium-sized teams and delivering complex projects
- Strong background in telecom domain and IT solutions
- Hands-on experience leading ServiceNow development and implementation projects
- Proficiency in Agile and SAFe delivery methodologies
