Job Title: PowerApps & Power Automate Developer

Experience: 5-8 Years

We are looking for an experienced developer with a strong background in Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, and maintain business applications using PowerApps and Power Automate. The role requires expertise in canvas apps, model-driven apps, flows, and integration with Microsoft 365 services and Dataverse.

Key Responsibilities:

• PowerApps Development:

  • Design, create, and maintain Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and SharePoint Forms using PowerApps.

  • Implement design guidelines and customize UI components (e.g., forms, galleries).

  • Model and manage Dataverse structures for Model-Driven Apps.

  • Develop AI-based apps using PowerApps AI capabilities.

  • Utilize PowerApps templates and build reusable components.

  • Create custom connectors and manage HTTP connectors.

• Power Automate Development:

  • Create and manage Flows to support PowerApps functionality.

  • Integrate Flows with various Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Outlook, Planner, etc.).

• Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit:

  • Understand and utilize Microsoft’s CoE Starter Kit.

  • Extend the CoE with additional Flows, Dataverse tables, and model-driven apps.

  • Conduct administration and failure analysis within the CoE environment.

  • Integrate CoE data usage with Power BI.

• Source Code & Version Control:

  • Manage source code using GitHub or Azure DevOps.

  • Apply best practices in versioning and source code policies.

• Software Architecture & Analysis:

  • Design and visualize software architecture concepts.

  • Present architecture solutions to stakeholders.

  • Analyze requirements and translate them into PowerApps and Power Automate implementations.

Required Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse).

• Familiarity with Power Platform Infrastructure.

• Experience with custom connectors and AI capabilities in PowerApps.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Outlook, Planner).

• Proficiency in GitHub or Azure DevOps for version control and source code management.

• Ability to analyze and implement business requirements effectively in Power Platform.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in English or German (both written and verbal).
