Job Description

Skills:
- Browser Management and Configuration
- Manage and configure popular web browsers such as Google Chrome Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox
- Application of lifecycle management processes for the browser environment
- Configuration via Active Directory AD Group Policy Objects GPO MEMCM and Intune
- Configuration Profiles Implement remediation strategies
- Ensure browser performance and security
- Development and deployment of own browser management solutions using PowerShell and batch scripts
- Windows and Application Management
- Installation and uninstallation of Windows applications Management of Windows registry entries and policies for configuring and optimizing the systems
- Change and demand management
- Responsibility for change management processes in ServiceNow
- Designing and implementing solution designs to meet customer requirements
- Technical support and advice to customers users regarding requirements and solutions
- Working closely with customers users to ensure high quality of service and customer satisfaction Support and SSO Authentication
- Providing 2nd level and last level support Support and problem solving in the field of HTML based applications and web technologies Customer orientation
- Responsibility for the collection and documentation of customer requirements Ensuring transparent communication and solution oriented cooperation with customers
- Proactively identify and solve challenges to increase customer satisfaction
Requirements
- In depth experience in dealing with modern web browsers Chrome Edge Firefox
- Very good knowledge in the field of lifecycle management of software and operating systems
- Experience configuring and managing IT environments via AD GPO MEMCM and Intune
- Good expertise in solutions with Citrix Enterprise browser and browser as a published app
- Expertise in scripting with PowerShell and batch ideally also with your own solutions in the field of browser management
- Experience in installing and managing Windows applications as well as in dealing with the
- Windows registry and policies
- Practical knowledge of MS Office and MS Teams
- Experience using ServiceNow for change and demand management
- Good knowledge of providing 2nd level and last level support
- Knowledge of SSO authentication technologies and HTML is an advantage
- Experience in solving complex technical issues and analysing escalated cases
- Strong skills in documenting and creating knowledge base articles
