Key Responsibilities:

• Deep Technical Expertise:
  • Lead discussions on highly complex technical topics, including distributed and hyperscale computing, network architecture, observability, and monitoring.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the fields of AIOps, VMware, Kubernetes, and Public Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Problem Solving & Actionable Insights:
  • Break down complex technical challenges and artifacts into manageable and actionable tasks for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic direction on technical decisions and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Lead and actively contribute to technical discussions with internal teams, external partners, and customers to drive innovation and solve problems.
  • Mentor junior technical team members and provide guidance on technical execution and decision-making.
• Effective Communication:
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, with high confidence.
  • Create and deliver high-impact presentations, reports, and documentation that articulate technical strategies and solutions.
• Technical Program Management:

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience:
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in technical leadership, program management, or systems architecture roles with a focus on distributed systems, cloud computing, and large-scale infrastructure.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Deep knowledge of Distributed & Hyperscale Computing and experience working with Network Architecture.
  • Proficient in modern cloud technologies and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AIOps, VMware, and Kubernetes.
• Leadership & Management:
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders, delivering results on time and within scope.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments and cross-functional teams.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
