Key Responsibilities:
- Deep Technical Expertise:
- Lead discussions on highly complex technical topics, including distributed and hyperscale computing, network architecture, observability, and monitoring.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the fields of AIOps, VMware, Kubernetes, and Public Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Problem Solving & Actionable Insights:
- Break down complex technical challenges and artifacts into manageable and actionable tasks for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide strategic direction on technical decisions and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and actively contribute to technical discussions with internal teams, external partners, and customers to drive innovation and solve problems.
- Mentor junior technical team members and provide guidance on technical execution and decision-making.
- Effective Communication:
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, with high confidence.
- Create and deliver high-impact presentations, reports, and documentation that articulate technical strategies and solutions.
- Technical Program Management:
- Oversee and manage the execution of complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs and projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of technical solutions while managing risks and ensuring alignment between cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, customers, and third-party vendors.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in technical leadership, program management, or systems architecture roles with a focus on distributed systems, cloud computing, and large-scale infrastructure.
- Technical Expertise:
- Deep knowledge of Distributed & Hyperscale Computing and experience working with Network Architecture.
- Proficient in modern cloud technologies and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong hands-on experience with AIOps, VMware, and Kubernetes.
- Leadership & Management:
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders, delivering results on time and within scope.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and cross-functional teams.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage effectively with colleagues, customers, and partners at all levels.
- Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking:
- Ability to break down complex technical problems into clear, actionable steps, driving projects from conception through to successful implementation.
