Job Description
Job Title: ServiceNow Architect
Experience: 12+ Years
Location: Pune
Mode of Work: Hybrid (2-3 days from office/ week)
About the Role
- We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions focusing on Sales and Order Management SOM applications and the Technology Media and Telecommunications TMT industry specific suite
- As a ServiceNow Architect you will collaborate with business leaders product owners and delivery teams to architect scalable innovative and efficient solutions that meet complex business needs
- This is a strategic role for an expert who thrives on driving transformation solving complex challenges and delivering business value using the ServiceNow platform
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design Architecture Lead the architecture design and implementation of ServiceNow
- Develop end to end technical solutions that align with business goals and meet scalability security and performance requirements
- Provide architectural oversight to ensure all ServiceNow configurations and customizations follow best practices Industry Expertise
- Utilize in depth knowledge of the Technology Media and Telecommunications TMT industry to design solutions tailored to industry specific challenges
- Drive the adoption and implementation of ServiceNow
- Sales and Order Management SOM applications to streamline sales and order management processes
- Ensure ServiceNow modules like ITSM ITOM CSM and FSM are effectively configured and used based on industry practice Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders product owners and cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical discussions with key stakeholders including ServiceNow developers senior leadership and Deutsche Telekom stakeholders Technical Leadership
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team ensuring adherence to architectural standards and delivery excellence
Key Qualifications
- Experience 12 years of hands on experience in designing implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions
- Proven expertise in implementing various ServiceNow applications including platform capabilities like flows integrations and data modelling, Recognize and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform Lead and deliver requirements scoping and design workshops
- Experience working with telecom companies is highly desirable Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture including ITSM ITOM Service Portal CSM and industry suite specialized applications such as SOM or OMT or TMT
- Experience in creating complex ServiceNow integrations using REST SOAP and other API methods
- Familiarity with CMDB design CSDM framework and data integration in large scale enterprise environments
- Excellent understanding of Now platform administration capabilities user interface and security
- Must have used DevOps strategy to ensure effective code and data migration Experience to create cloning and upgrade strategy Leadership Communication
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior business stakeholders and technical teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non technical audiences
Qualifications
- Certifications Preferred Certified ServiceNow System Administrator CSA
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer CAD
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist CIS ITIL v4 certification is a plus
