ServiceNow Architect
Experience: 12+ Years
Location: Pune
Mode of Work: Work from Office (Hybrid)
Requirement:
- ServiceNow Solution Architect is responsible for the overall design of the ServiceNow platform applications on the platform and mapping client business requirements from the project to systems technical requirements
- Support the team to design develop as well as drives standardization and best practice platform management enabling team to focus on value delivered
- Experience Range 12 years of IT experience Expectations Establish an enterprise wide technical architecture for ServiceNow implementation
- Define strategy to make sure ServiceNow projects deliver expected values to customers
- Develop system documentation including process flows, design documents, Develop best in class ServiceNow designs, solutions to meet technical requirements of projects and to become a trusted advisor on how to apply these to meet business needs.
Skills Required:
- Must Have 8 years of working experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or Senior Developer.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Hands on experience in implementing any two or more modules like ITSM, CMDB Event, Discovery, Demand PPM, HRSD, FSM and CSM.
- Proficiency to design drive and implement ServiceNow platform and products like ITSM ITOM and SPM etc
- Strong experience in developing custom applications workflows and integrations using ServiceNow technologies like Scrip ng HTML CSS Angular JS and Java Script Able to design and develop REST SOAP web service based integrations
- Exposure to features like Service Portal Flow Designer Integration Hub and workspaces
- Excellent understanding of Now platform administration capabilities UI and security
- Hands on experience to clone and upgrade ServiceNow instance
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions based on client requirements
- Experience in defining scope and deliver Proof of Concept as per requirements
- Define and execute runbook for ServiceNow code movement and deployment instructions
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best prac ces and coding standards
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices Share and advocate ServiceNow best practices and knowledge within team
- Design and drive user trainings and go live support
- Experience in Scrum and Agile way of working Self motivated passionate and resourceful for the team
