Key Aspects:

• Certified PEGA CSSA, Certified PEGA PRPC specialist will be preferred.
• Knowledge of PEGA Customer Service, designing PEGA solutions, leading developers.
• Rich experience in 8.4.x and above, Design and Build PEGA Application using PEGA PRPC
• Experience in high level architecture, high- and low-level design of PEGA Application,
• Create Architecture and to be design of PRPC application
• Design and Build solutions using PEGA CS 8.x
• We are looking for an architect that can use both Pega skills and overall system understanding for a Pega development project, to work within an Agile team and commits to Customer Success (realization of business benefit).
• Support the functional design, ensuring optimal use of Pega systems functionality
• Maintain quality, performance and ensure responsiveness of applications
• Participate in meetings with various international stakeholders
• Mentoring junior Pega experts on project cadence and technology ramp up
• Works in conjunction with Product Owner to size, manage scope and Onshore/Offshore working

Responsibility:

• Experience of 5+ years in Software design and developing large scale technical architecture
• Dedication to a team-oriented environment with the ability to drive and lead by example
• Managing the integration requirements across different systems
• Experience working with multiple project methodologies, including agile, scrum and waterfall
• Pega certification (Lead System architect) and Customer Service Exposure
• Ability to engage with customer effectively
• Very good communication skills
• Experience in Cloudification will be an added advantage.
