Analyst Relations Professional Basic demands/target groups/scope
• Contact to portfolio units with in-depth knowledge of T-Systems portfolio and strategy
• Contact to relevant analysts to position T-Systems strategies, initiatives, portfolio and capabilities Specific tasks
• Contribute to the development of a targeted and consistent communication strategy to the analyst community
• Identification of analyst target groups that are relevant to the overall economic success of T-Systems, building and maintaining very good relationships with relevant contacts of most important analysts
• Build and maintain relationships with the respective portfolio units and their experts
• Proactive planning and execution of analyst activities such as Deep Dive Briefings, Influencer Workshops and Events (Sponsoring and positioning of speakers at conferences, strategy briefings, etc.)
• Portfolio Deep Dives with portfolio stakeholders and analysts, positioning support selected analyst publications, benchmarks and reports)
• End to end ownership of benchmarks – RFI response, briefing, pre-final report review and communication campaign for leader rankings
• Answering analyst inquiries in cooperation with the relevant portfolio units
• Monitoring and performance review of activities, analysis & feedback of analysts’ perception
• Support in the internal and external use of analyst benchmark results (e.g. leader rankings) and development of briefing materials and C-level enabled presentations
• Proactive promotion of analyst relation subjects in the company
• Budget control and active benchmark planning Profile
• Degree in Marketing or Economics, from a reputed education institution
• Professional experience with a focus on analytical and strategic marketing as well as project experiences in operational marketing (events, MarCom measures, campaigns)
• Proven experience in the field of analyst relations (content preparation and coordination from analyst briefings, relationship management to analysts, coordinating analyst inquiries, participation in analysts’ publications, benchmarks and reports)
• Existing contacts to leading analyst firms and high self-initiative to expand contacts and networks
• Basic knowledge about T-Systems’ performance expertise in focus topics – advisory, cloud, digital, security and focus industries automotive, health, public transportation and public sector
• Experience and routine in the management of large projects
• Strong in communication and very good moderation skills (mostly in English)
• Routine in the creation of presentations and the associated structuring and visualization Information for the top management level (management board and head of portfolio units)
• Excellent English language skills (analyst communication and communication with stakeholders)
• Resilience and readiness for frequent business trips
