Production Operatives
Location: Derby
Working Hours: 16.00 – 01.00,  or 18:00 - 04:00, Monday to Friday

Fairfax Meadow us the UK’s favourite foodservice catering butcher and has been putting great meat on the menu for over 50 years.  As a Production Operative within our factory, you will be responsible for the collation and preparing of meats for customer order.

A satisfying role

As a Production Operative you will need to be comfortable working with all types of meat, sorting meat into the correct pack sizes and scanning products. Ensuring that all correct products are picked in line with customer specifications.  Are you up for the challenge?

A naturally organised person who prides themselves on their attention to detail and class yourself as a hard worker, you have everything it takes to succeed with Fairfax Meadow:

• A positive attitude and self-motivated.
• Good communications skills and confidence to communicate professionally.
• Ability to motivate team members and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.  
• Do you have food safety and Hygiene experience.
• Ideally, experience in a similar role, in a similar production Environment.
• Experience of working in a cold environment in temperatures zero to five degrees.
• A focussed and physically fit person
