Job Description

Ensure effective and compliant execution of regional rebate/bonus programs by managing end-to-end rebate operations, maintaining high-quality customer master data, and providing timely spend/performance visibility. Act as the primary point of contact for rebate-related coordination across CP Leadership, regional teams, customers, and Head Office—supporting target achievement, strengthening governance and audit readiness, and enabling accurate and on-time settlement and payment processing

Accountabilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end regional rebate operations (program setup support, claims/settlement tracking, and execution follow-up) accurately and on time, coordinating closely with SE/SO to support regional targets.
  • Own dealer & retailer master data quality, maintaining an accurate database and segmented customer profiles to enable effective program execution, analysis, and reporting.
  • Serve as the primary contact for rebate programs for CP Leadership, regional teams, and customers—responding to queries promptly, managing escalations, and ensuring consistent understanding and application of program rules.
  • Ensure rebate governance and audit readiness by maintaining complete, accurate, and timely documentation (contracts, approvals, calculations, and supporting evidence) in line with internal controls and policy requirements.
  • Control rebate spend and performance visibility by monitoring YTD actual vs. budget, analyzing variances, and delivering periodic insights and monthly reports to the Channel Operation Manager, RSM, and leadership to support business reviews and decision-making.
  • Partner with Head Office to process and expedite payments, reconciling claims and settlements, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate and timely rebate/bonus payout processing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales analysis or a related role.
  • Proven track record as a Sales and/or Marketing Analyst (financial or commercial) in a Multinational Company (MNC).
  • Demonstrated track record of delivery and achieving results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and data visualization tools.
  • Strong ability to interpret and analyze complex datasets.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management — able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing is a plus.
