Job Description
- To provide assistance support for HSE and reports to Country HSE Manager regarding HSE Improvement and Issue. And work togather with other department and function to build and maintan HSE awareness and performance.
- Understand & implement Syngenta HSE Policy & Standard
Accountabilities
- Assist in monitoring HSE activities to ensure compliance with Syngenta HSE Management System.
- Support Enablon implementation, including operational support, follow-up on safety issues/findings, documentation of preventive actions, and HSE improvement initiatives.
- Participate in HSE programs, campaigns, assessments, and projects.
- Conduct operational support and timely reporting for 2W and 4W Telematics, mainly for the Commercial team.
- Coordinate Defensive Driving Training, including training database management, delivery arrangement, and coordination.
- Participate in office safety activities, including supporting the Emergency Response Team.
- Support HSE Training Development planning based on Training Need Analysis (TNA) and Training Matrix, excluding driving safety matters.
- Support potential Global HSE Audit, including Driving Safety Audit.
- Promote and implement HSE behavior in daily activities, including individual reporting of HSE events such as Safety Observation, Near Miss, or Incident.
- Analyze HSE data, including Safety Observation Performance, and create follow-up actions.
- Support the Annual Medical Check-Up Program for Head Office and Commercial Team in collaboration with HR Representative.
- Support the development of HSE policies and operational control procedures in accordance with HSE compliance and standards.
- Support HSE Management System completion within Head Office and assist the Commercial Team.
- Participate in HSE audits for Head Office and Commercial.
- Support external and internal HSE training to enhance HSE competency, including training documentation and database updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety Management or minimum Diploma degree.
- Good knowledge of occupational health and safety programs.
- Familiar with Indonesian HSE laws and regulations.
- Able to operate safety/environmental personal protection and monitoring equipment.
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Having experience in HSE would be beneficial.
- AK3U certification would be an advantage.
