Job Description
Key Accountabilities
- Achieve company sales target with proper planning and execution
- Develop collaborative partnerships platforms with our growers/channel
- Leverage customer insights and partnering with customers to input into the development of a joint business plan.
- Identify potential markets for expanding market share
- Frequent and personal communication with all the stakeholders
- Building brand awareness in the assigned geographical area
- Creating area sales reports and presenting them to the higher management
- Guiding and driving TO & ASM
- Ensure timely collection from the market
- Proven track record in sales
Qualifications
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Agriculture/Life Science (Botany/Zoology, Soil Science/Any other relevant field) is must.
Experience: Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience in the sales domain. Those with experience as an Area Sales Manager or in Regional Sales Manager are encouraged to apply.
