Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Seeds Veg Promoter to join our dynamic team in, Algeria. This is an exciting opportunity to promote our premium vegetable seed products to farmers and agricultural businesses across the region. As a Seeds Veg Promoter, you'll play a vital role in driving market growth, building strong customer relationships, and showcasing the exceptional quality and benefits of our seed portfolio to the local agricultural community.

  • Develop and implement effective promotional strategies for our vegetable seed products in the assigned territory of Algeria.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and field trials to showcase the benefits and performance of our seeds to potential customers and existing clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with farmers, distributors, agricultural cooperatives, and key stakeholders in the local agricultural community
  • Provide expert advice on seed selection, cultivation practices, crop management, and best practices tailored to local growing conditions
  • Organize and actively participate in agricultural trade shows, farmer meetings, workshops, and other industry events to increase brand visibility
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing regular analytical reports to the management team
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the region
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market insights using CRM software and other tracking systems
  • Stay current with innovations in seed technology and agricultural practices to provide customers with cutting-edge solutions

Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in seed promotion, agricultural sales, or a similar role in the agricultural sector
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of vegetable seeds, cultivation practices, and local agricultural conditions in Algeria
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey product benefits to diverse audiences
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in marketing and promotional techniques specific to the agricultural sector
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing customer base
  • Familiarity with local market trends and competitor landscape in the seed industry
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Fluency in Arabic and French; English language skills are a plus
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the Kouba region and surrounding areas

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Relevant certifications in seed technology, agriculture, or crop management
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media promotion in the agricultural context
  • Knowledge of sustainable and organic farming practices
  • Previous experience working with agricultural cooperatives or farmer associations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and customer feedback
  • Problem-solving abilities and resilience in adapting to market changes and customer needs
