Job Description
Role Purpose
- Deliver finance operations activities in line with Global Syngenta Standards (GSM) & other applicable policies and procedures
- Responsibilities of MEC Activities (Sales & COGS reporting, Inventory reporting, variance analysis, Budgeting & forecasting, other controlling activities).
- Support best practices, knowledge and implementation of them to improve processes/services.
- Support Continuous improvements in the process, in line with the finance operations
Accountability
- Timely delivery of relevant management reports to ensure accurate recording of all business transactions in SAP system
- Collaborate with Finance Operations to ensure data quality and output are reliable and meeting defined performance KPI’s
- Support continuous improvement and efficiency in relevant processes
- Expected to deliver quality result in fast changing business environment

Qualifications
- CWA/CMA fully qualified
- 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing set-up/ multinational environment
- Controlling experience (Sales & cogs analysis, variance analysis, MIS, Product costing))
- Product Costing in SAP
- GRIR review
- Strong accounting knowledge
- Budgeting, Variance Analysis, Purchase price variance analysis
- SAP proficiency required in FI-CO, Knowledge of MM, SD module will add advantage
- Ability to manage Global finance stakeholders
- Fluent in English communications
- Strong MS excel knowledge
- Concern for high standards and data accuracy and service mindset
- Ability to manage global stakeholders
