Here is how this role will be critical to our business:

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of employee’s Concur claims in SAP, contacting the submitter in order to solve differences and keeping track of pending open items.
• Take ownership of the Accrual process, MEC activities and Bank Open Items reconciliations related to the position.
• Proactively manage reports and presentation to the Finance Team and drive actions for resolution and continues improvement process with the employees and site team, while getting support from relevant stakeholders (Business Finance, other in-country functions, I2P community, etc.)
• Work closely with our Business Partner’s team in outstanding tasks that may present during this period.

It is indispensable for this position: 

• Accounting / Administration graduation qualification or on the path to graduation 
• 2-year experience in multinational or other sized companies, in Invoice to Pay, Accounts Payables or other Finance functions such as Accounting to Reporting.
• Intermediate level of English
• SAP (preferred)
• Analytic skills
