To support that challenge, we’re looking for a: Demand Replenishment Officer, with indispensable knowledge of Italian and English language
Job Description
- Contribute to monthly demand planning activities for the update of the sales forecast
- Execute effective and efficient demand planning and replenishment activities with Regional Supply network and local tollers.
- Manage materials master data and new products implementation
- Implement artworks change, in compliance with local legislation and ensuring lead time is compatible with business needs.
Accountabilities
- Contribute to the data analysis for the monthly SOP cycle activities
- Balance demand vs supply plan, taking into account product categorization (A,B,C) and supply chain responsiveness (production campaign, allocation/shortages etc..). More specifically:
- Create purchases requisitions and orders, accordingly to sales forecast and APO proposal
- Scenario planning / what if analysis based on regulatory assumptions, including management of extraordinary upsides (events)
- Create and manage purchase orders with intercompany plants and third parties vendors (participation to supply agreement terms), accordingly to Manager guidelines and with respect to internal rules (delegations of authority, Sox controls)
- Carry out direct deliveries, returns to Supply Chain EAME, combi/twin packs sourcing accordingly to Manager instructions
- Prepare and control artworks/labels accordingly to legislation
- Analyze stocks and manage efficiently inventory and “Slow/No movers”
- Manage the creation of new materials and update Material Master Data on GSAP/IBP
- In country touchpoint for EAME Supply Chain planners
- Contribute and participate to supply chain projects and continuous improvement initiative
Qualifications
Critical experience and knowledge
- Master’s degree in management engineering
- Knowledge of Planning Cycles, Sales Cycles, Production and Processes
- Experience of ERP/MRP systems (nice to have)
- 1/2 years of experience in similar roles (nice to have)
- Knowledge of supply chain and sales operation drivers and logics
- Proficient English
