Job Description

Your mission: 

To reinforce the Synechron Switzerland team, we are looking for an IT Process Analyst. Our mission is for one of our clients, a Private Bank in Geneva. 

You will be part of the delivery team as an IT Process Analyst, responsible for analyzing, documenting and improving end-to-end operational processes related to funds, mandates and distribution activities.

Your responsibilities:

  • Mapping and documenting key business processes related to funds and mandates, investor onboarding and KYC, account opening, and mandate lifecycle events.
  • Analyzing current-state processes to identify bottlenecks, control gaps, failure points and improvement opportunities, and proposing pragmatic and efficient solutions.
  • Leading and supporting process improvement, automation and digitalization initiatives (RPA, AI, workflow automation, data integration), including requirements gathering, UAT coordination, implementation, post-go-live monitoring and daily support activities.
  • Providing ad-hoc business analysis and impact assessments for new product launches and distribution initiatives.
  • Supporting change management activities by preparing training materials, running workshops and training operations and distribution teams on new or revised processes.

Qualifications

Your profile and skills:

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
  • You have relevant experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst within fund administration, transfer agency, fund operations or fund distribution, acquired at an asset manager, bank or fund administrator.
  • You demonstrate an understanding of fund products and structures (UCITS, AIFs, SICAVs and other collective investment schemes), as well as fund accounting principles and lifecycle events.
  • You are experienced in drafting epics and user stories and facilitating story mapping workshops with diverse stakeholders.
  • You have experience working in agile environments and applying agile methodologies.
  • You possess expertise in process mapping and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM), with experience driving end-to-end process transformations.
  • You are proficient in data extraction and analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Swagger, Tableau or other BI tools) and are familiar with data mastering systems.
  • You are familiar with automation solutions such as RPA, workflow engines and BPM tools.
  • You demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • You speak English and French fluently.
  • You have a Swiss Residency.
