Job Description
Provide onsite and remote technical support to employees, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and mobile device issues across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms
Support IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including laptop setup, system access, and email account configuration
Install, configure, and maintain software applications, operating systems, and IT equipment
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to minimize recurring technical issues
Perform regular data backups and ensure data recovery processes are tested and effective
Implement and maintain IT security measures to safeguard company systems, networks, and data
Configure and manage firewalls, email security filters, and anti-spam solutions to reduce malicious traffic and phishing risks
Monitor systems for potential security threats and vulnerabilities, and take proactive actions to mitigate risks
Assist in preventing and responding to cybersecurity incidents, ensuring minimal business disruption
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required
Bilingual in Chinese and English Required
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in IT service or desktop support experience
Experience supporting end-users in a fast-paced, manufacturing or consumer goods environment is preferred
Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting techniques
Familiarity with Teams Meeting Room technology, and proficiency in supporting MS Office 365 applications
In-depth knowledge of Windows, iOS, and macOS
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills
The ability to provide professional and clear technical guidance to employees
- Work Location & Schedule: In-person, Chatsworth, CA
- Monday – Friday, 5 days onsite
- Pay: $30- $35/ hour
