We are looking for an UAT Tester to join our Architecture team in Sydney. Reporting to the QA Practice Lead, you will be involved in projects early and are responsible for User Acceptance Testing. Our customers rely on our products to connect, communicate and do business across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

What you'll do as a UAT Tester:

• Develop test conditions to validate business requirements
• Execute UAT scripts and complete problem logs
• Draft test plans/execution reports
• End to end testing of features to ensure our products are stable and of high quality
• Collaborate day to day with stakeholders to improve the quality of the products
• A willing attitude to learn and adapt to project requirements

What you'll need to succeed:

• Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business Analytics or related field
• Minimum 2-5 years experience in software testing or developments of products
• Strong technical and test background
• Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders in both written and verbal communications
• Able to document testing scenarios, user flows & test cases
• Quality and a customer-first mindset
• Strong experience and exposure to large scale and complex applications
• You are highly motivated and able to work autonomously and collaboratively
