Job Description
As the Delivery Lead for Global Infrastructure, your role will encompass planning, initiating, and overseeing infrastructure projects. You'll serve as a crucial bridge between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout each project phase. This involves crafting detailed project plans, assessing business impacts at every juncture, and diligently tracking progress to achieve deadlines, quality standards, and budgetary targets.
You'll be responsible for gathering and prioritising feature requests, defining requirements, and coordinating agile sprints across multiple teams to drive successful project outcomes.
You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external—including customers, suppliers, and cross functional teams—while managing multiple, complex project components. Your primary focus will be to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope.
Additionally, you will partner closely with the General Manager of Global Infrastructure to support strategic activities such as roadmap planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT).
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in project management.
- Proven track record in supplier and vendor management.
- Proficiency in JIRA for project management and issue tracking.
- Familiarity with technical infrastructure, including network services and systems.
- Experience in developing product roadmaps and strategic planning.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Effective leadership capabilities.
- Ability for big-picture thinking and strategic vision.
- Skilled in conflict resolution.
