Job Description

  • Manage corporate account applications, openings, and amendments within agreed SLAs and risk controls
  • Handle insurance account setups, ensuring proper configuration of Policy Holder, EAM, and Operators
  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails as per existing procedures
  • Review and update departmental procedures in line with internal policies and regulatory changes
  • Identify process improvements and support bank initiatives to achieve strategic objectives
  • Handle customer queries and assist with audit-related activities
  • Identify and report risk events through appropriate channels

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of back office operations in regulated banks, including AML/ATF requirements, EU Regulation, and banking privacy and data protection legislation
  • Excellent verbal and written English; French and German considered an advantage
  • Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills
  • Organisational skills with a flexible approach to work routines
  • Self-motivated team player with strong communication skills
