Within our Back-Office department, you will be part of the Institutional Settlement – Trades Settlement – Securities Lending Team. 

Your activities will include the following:

• Processing of transfer operations (all kind of financial products), global markets (RFP and DFP)
• Processing of trades (all kind of financial products), global markets (RVP and DVP)
• Migrations
• Processing of physical shares
• Reconciliation of trades (security breaks)
• Investigation on any transfers related issue (reconciliation’s breaks)
• Front-office/Customer Care support
• Daily contacts and monitoring with counterparts and custodians
• Daily usage of SWIFT messages MT54*
• Usage of Telekurs, GTMatch, GTExchange, Keylink and internal tools

• CFC in banking environment as a minimum
• 1–2 years of experience in a back-office and knowledge of SWIFT are required.
• Fluent in French, you also have good command of English ; German would be a plus
• You master the Office Pack (Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word), and are generally interested in technical tools
• You are stress resistant and you have a good learning capacity
• As a team player, you want to join a dynamic team
