Job Description

  • Support the Western Europe Desk with onboarding new clients and ensure full follow-up of files through to account funding.
  • Review account opening documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance (KYC/AML).
  • Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) checks and perform client identification via video conference.
  • Coordinate with Legal & Compliance, Client Register, Central Data, and Payments departments to ensure a smooth and efficient account opening process.
  • Provide high-level operational and administrative support to the Sales Team and the Head of Desk.
  • Handle incoming calls, manage internal and external correspondence, and maintain accurate CRM updates and sales reporting.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with the team.
  • Initiate first contact with prospects and ensure continuous follow-up until conversion.
  • Actively acquire new clients through phone outreach, email communication, and in-person meetings.

Qualifications

  • French as mother tongue and fluent in English. A third European language as a strong asset.
  • Diploma in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
  • You have a talent in dealing with people and strong communications skills.
  • You are an ambitious self-starter, eager to achieve and exceed targets.
  • You have the ability to adapt yourself to a changing environment in a fast growing Bank.
  • You have an open-minded and team-oriented spirit
