Job Description
Integrated in the Institutional department of Swissquote MEA Ltd., the candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Actively seek Institutional Clients such as Banks, Asset Managers, Family offices, and Companies
- Pro-actively broaden relationships with existing & new-to-bank customers through effective contact and delivery of the SQMEA product offering
- Facilitate the transition from prospect status to client status by coordinating the on-boarding work of support functions to achieve the best possible client experience
- Manage inbound mails or queries from potential prospects and clients from different sources e.g. LinkedIn, Company website etc.
- Act as the account manager and day-to-day point of contact for all client queries
- Provide a high quality service through the customer’s preferred channel(s) of distribution
- Attend industry conferences/events and generate new contacts and leads
- Build and maintain internal relationships with various departments
Qualifications
- Holder of a Bachelor or a Masters degree in Business, Economics, or Finance
- At least 2 years of experience in a variety of Client facing (Sales) service roles
- Ability to communicate effectively in a verbal and written form in multiple languages
- Experience in Trading and/or Trade execution of all general asset classes preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence and persuade
- Ability to actively listen and interpret client needs
- Knowledge of the GCC financial landscape, including products and services offered to retail, professional and institutional investor
