We are looking for our future Manager of the institutional sales team to be a key member of the Institutional team at the Swissquote headquarter. As a leader within the department, the Manager of Institutional Sales will manage a team of sales professionals, responsible for driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with institutional clients (Banks & Brokers/EAM’s).

Your key responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:

• Implementing, monitoring and analyzing sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with other departments within the bank to ensure that sales objectives are aligned with overall business goals.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients to understand their needs and provide them with tailored financial solutions.
• Identifying new business opportunities and building a pipeline of potential clients.

• 5-10 years of experience in Institutional sales, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and manage a team of sales professionals, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's goals.
• Solid understanding of financial products and services, as well as the institutional sales process, and an in-depth understanding of industry trends and regulations are also important.
• Able to work well under pressure, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
