En tant que Building Technical Engineer, vous serez intégré au sein du département Facility Management et aurez à charge la gestion du bâtiment de Swissquote à Gland (VD). Vos missions seront les suivantes :

• Superviser et assurer la maintenance des installations techniques des bâtiments.
• Conduite de projets de transformations sur nos différents sites
• Assurer la sécurité physique des biens immobiliers
• Documentations, procédures, marches à suivre technique afin d’assurer le bon fonctionnement des installations
• Reporting, core manuel, local compliance pour le département facility management

• Formation d'ingénieur HES/EPF en chauffage – climatisation - froid ou techniques du bâtiment (CVS)
• Au minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire
• Très bonnes connaissances d'un système de supervision de bâtiment (PcVue : un plus)
• Excellentes compétences administratives
• Excellent négociateur, orienté résultats
• Bonne aptitude de communication
• Esprit d’équipe, gestion du stress
• Langues : français obligatoire, la maîtrise de l’anglais oral et écrit est un atout
• Outils informatiques (MS Office, Autocad)
