Job Description

CyberArk Transformation Lead

Experience: 12–15+ Years

Job Summary

The CyberArk Transformation Lead will lead enterprise-wide Privileged Access Management (PAM) transformation initiatives using CyberArk, defining strategy, architecture, governance, and delivery for large-scale security transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead CyberArk transformation programs from assessment through production deployment.
  • Define PAM strategy, roadmap, governance, and operating model.
  • Conduct current-state assessments and design future-state architecture.
  • Lead customer workshops and executive discussions.
  • Develop migration strategies from legacy PAM solutions.
  • Manage architects, engineers, testers, and integration specialists.
  • Define implementation standards and security best practices.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, application, IAM, and security teams.
  • Drive risk mitigation, issue resolution, and executive reporting.
  • Establish CyberArk Center of Excellence (CoE).
