Job Description
Role Summary
As an Account Manager, you will lead a team, manage client relationships, and ensure operational excellence for a Travel program. You will play a key role in driving performance, improving processes, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Team Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
- Understand client needs and ensure expectations are met
- Resolve issues quickly and effectively
Performance & Operations
- Analyze data and performance reports to identify trends and improvements
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals
- Monitor service quality and ensure high customer satisfaction
Process Improvement
- Recommend and implement process enhancements
- Drive efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
Leadership & Development
- Lead and support team members to achieve targets
- Identify training needs and facilitate skill development
- Promote a positive and productive work environment
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- At least 3 years of operations and people management experience
- Experience in process transformation is required
- Travel program experience is a plus
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership and decision-making ability
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Additional Information
Internal Qualifications:
- Must have Annual PDP score of Exceeds Expectations (4) or Outstanding (5)
- Tenure of at least 18 months on the current role
- No Active DA
- Leadership experience in a Travel Program is an advantage
