Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate-Infrastructure to join our dynamic IT team in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and optimizing our organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and supporting our business objectives.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of network systems, servers, and cloud infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization's IT assets
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement infrastructure improvements
- Participate in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software
- Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for IT processes and procedures
- Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Provide technical support to end-users as needed
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of network administration and server management
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Experience with virtualization technologies
- Understanding of IT security principles and best practices
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic scripting and automation capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required for system maintenance and upgrades
