Responsibilities:
Moderate pending user generated content against a set of community guidelines on the admin platform.
Maintain key quality, productivity & SLA metrics as outlined by the client.
Research products/services/content across several online platforms.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Assistance on translating knowledgebase articles and other items as needed.
Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Dutch - written and verbal
Excellent web research skills.
Keen attention to detail.
Working knowledge of G Suite applications
Good time-management skills
Salesforce experience is a plus
