Our client is a globally represented company, engaged in e-commerce, cloud computing, online advertising, digital streaming and artificial intelligence. As part of the HR shared services team in Europe, you will get to know one of the most prestigious brands from the inside and support its employees throughout their employment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Receive and log HR inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve queries through efficient ticketing systems.
- Address employee inquiries on policies, benefits, and more.
- Maintain high-quality service levels and adhere to processes.
- Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
- Take ownership of query resolution and individual metrics.

Qualifications
- Excellent proficiency of French (min B2H) and good proficiency of English (B2).
- Business-level communication skills, written and verbal, being responsive, kind and polite.
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- The job holder must be computer literate and numerate with willingness to adapt to various systems and databases.
- Ability to manage confidential data with strict adherence to privacy standards.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in administration, HR or customer service is an advantage.
