Job Description

The Associate Manager works at both tactical and strategic levels to best align the recruiting needs of the vertical or geography, build solutions for those needs, and execute. The Associate Manager is expected to be seen as a subject matter expert within the field of recruiting by continually delivering results in a dynamic environment with competing priorities

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coach and mentor recruiters to successfully achieve objectives and enhance recruiting skills
  • Build and develop a flexible recruiting team upon needs
  • Identify marketing sources to maintain a pipeline of applicants
  • Work with EMEA sourcing team to develop, communicate, and execute recruiting plans
  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees
  • Conduct regular follow-up to understand the hiring managers’ needs, establish strong relationships with business partners and align our strategy with the needs of the business
  • Develop and administer policies, procedures, controls, and best practices
  • Assist in determining and administering recruiting budget
  • Manage the administration of wage programs including performance management, career progression, and merit reviews
  • Lead global recruiting projects as needed
  • Adhere to the rules and regulations of the company;
  • Adhere to the non disclosure agreement;
  • Perform additional tasks delegated by his/her manager and related to the his/her job and qualifications.

Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have:

  • Minimum of high school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree offshore
  • 5+ years of experience in Recruiting
  • Prior leadership experience preferred
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills
  • High sense of urgency and strong follow-through is essential
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Proven record of meeting deadlines consistently
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
