Job Description

Customer Service (Voice) Consultants are responsible for appropriate call handling of incoming customer phone calls related to the travel program's websites and transactions. The basic job function is to provide excellent customer service, and assist customers concerns and inquiries. 

Qualifications

  • Candidates must have excellent oral and written Japanese communication skills
  • For Non-Natives: N1 JLPT Certification required
  • English language is an added advantage
  • Customer Service or Hospitality experience is preferred but not required
  • Candidates must be living in Metro Manila or willing to relocate from other locations within the Philippines
  • Call center experience in a travel program/account preferred
