We’re Sutherland and we're now hiring attentive and goal-oriented people to join us as Inbound Sales Agents for one of our growing customers. Our hours of operation are 8AM-12AM EST. This is a remote, work from home position; all equipment is provided 

In this position, you will be responsible for selling the customer's services to people who call in with inquiries. Specifically, this will include: 

•  Handling calls with exceptional service by providing and developing a friendly, positive, and stress-free experience to all clients
• Answering inbound phone calls regarding our services and costs as well as scheduling appointments, with an eye towards closing the sales
• Clearly communicating the company mission, as well as procedure to all clients who look for information regarding our services

We're looking for individuals who are motivated by client satisfaction and continued success, who believe that every phone encounter is an opportunity to delight the caller. You should possess: 

• Call handling experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Accurate typing of 30 WPM+ 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet skills and the ability to multi=task in a fast-paced environment.
• A high school diploma is required; some college is a plus.

We will provide equipment, however to work from home, you must have:

• Excellent Internet connectivity:
  • Internet access speeds of at least 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download – the faster the better!
  • In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates. (wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems)
• A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work.
