• Answer chats and respond to technician requests
• Handle incoming chat interactions with technicians, including concurrent chat sessions.
• Place applicable orders in the computer system
• Provide technicians with product and service information, including technical support and troubleshooting assistance
• Identify, research and resolve technician issues/requests as trained
• Transfer contacts to appropriate staff when necessary as trained
• Document notes, reports and logs on the appropriate account
• Alert Team Manager of trends and technical problems
• Meet client contractual goals and metrics while providing excellent service
• Recommend process improvements
• Follow assigned schedule and adhere to the attendance policy
• Other duties as assigned by management

Any Graduate / Higher Secondary / 3 years Diploma
