Job Description

  • Offer technical support through Phone, Email & Chat channels.
  • In addition, offer front line support, also handle advanced technical guidance for associates.
  • Sutherland support center is operating out of Chennai facility.
  • Type of Support Tier 1: Handle technical support queries for customers Tier 2: In addition to handling technical escalation, also provide guidance for Tier 1 agents both in Chennai & Scottsdale

Qualifications

Any Graduate / Higher Secondary / 3 years Diploma
